The Universal Life Church of Wisconsin is an administrative and educational organization of several persons, mostly Wisconsin residents, who have been ordained via the Universal Life Church of Modesto California. Our primary function is to provide support and information to our members, and help ULC ministers from outside the state meet the legal requirements the state has set for performing weddings.
