The Site owner is Rev. Howard Hendrickson, ordained by ULC in Modesto California on **. The ULC of Wisconsin is based out of my home office. I organized the ULC of WI in July of 2004, and it has been operating via a Yahoo Group since that time. We are a quiet group, but we have 58 listed members (10 of whom are listed as bouncing).
The ULC of WI currently has no economic presence, we do not take donations, and we own no property. We began the process of establishing by-laws and a board in 2005, but that process is currently stalled. Current drafts of the By Laws, and proposed Articles of Incorporation can be found in the Yahoo Group.
