What is the World Service Authority?

All documents available from the World Government of World Citizens are issued by the WGWC's administrative branch, the WORLD SERVICE AUTHORITY, a non-profit organized in the District of Columbia.

Documents available include:

  • The World Passport
  • The World Birth Card and Certificate
  • The World Identity Card
  • The World Marriage Certificate*
  • The International Residency Permit* and the International Exit Visa
  • The World Political Asylum Card*

* available to registered World Citizens only.

The World Service Authority also registers World Citizens and figures the number of those currently registered at over a million. Journalists may also contact the WSA office to become members of the World Media Association.

Forms should be printed out and mailed with photos (if applicable) and payment to the WSA office nearest you in order to begin the application process. Additional pre-printed forms are available at no charge from the World Service Authority in a number of languages, including English, French, Spanish, German, Arabic, Japanese, Russian, and Vietnamese.
